HUTCH'S HOMEMADE FUDGE
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 lg can evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup clear Karo syrup
7 oz marshmallow creme
12 oz chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (you choose)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine sugar, evap milk, butter, salt and Karo syrup and heat to a boil of 235 degrees or until a spoonful dropped into cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from the stove and add marshmallow creme, chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir like to hell to make it well blended and immediately pour into greased cookie sheet or shallow cake pan. Greg L Hutchens
